What is OpsHealthCheck?
OpsHealthCheck is a free diagnostic tool for ecommerce operators. The goal is to help merchants, agencies, and operators find and fix margin leaks in their ecommerce operations — across returns, fulfilment, packaging, app stack, support, and supplier spend.
This is not a SaaS product
OpsHealthCheck is a distribution asset. The primary goal is traction: useful tools that attract ecommerce operators, searchable content, email capture, and benchmark data collection.
Everything on the site is free. There is no paywall, no account required, and no upsell. Calculators and health checks are client-side — your data is not stored without your consent.
Why this exists
Ecommerce operators — especially those scaling from founder-led ops — often lack the structured diagnostic tools that larger operations take for granted. Generic ecommerce advice is everywhere. Practical, operator-focused diagnostics are not.
OpsHealthCheck is designed to fill that gap: deterministic calculators, honest benchmarks (where data exists), and practical playbooks that can be used immediately.
About estimates and benchmarks
All calculator outputs are directional estimates. They are designed to indicate areas worth investigating — not to produce precise financial projections. Where benchmark data is available, it is clearly labelled as such. Where it is not yet available, the site says so.
We do not publish invented benchmark numbers or claim authority we do not have.
Connection to StoreOps Directory
OpsHealthCheck diagnoses operational problems. StoreOps Directory helps operators find the tools, 3PLs, agencies, and suppliers to fix them. The two sites are designed to work together: the health check identifies the problem, and StoreOps Directory helps explore solutions.
